Website Operator

EGXO Data and GIG Rewards are operated by the same legal entity, 10xme Technology Inc., which runs the contributor network, receives project-brief submissions, and operates the website services described in this notice.

Information Submitted Through the Project Brief

The form requests business contact information and technical project details so EGXO can evaluate and respond to an inquiry. When conversion measurement is enabled, the private lead notification also includes the broad acquisition channel, original landing path, referrer hostname, page journey, and elapsed time to submission. The website does not write submissions to a local database. Production submissions are sent through a server-side integration to EGXO’s Slack inquiry channel.

Technical, Verification, and Conversion Event Data

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile verification for the project-brief form. Cloudflare may process request, browser, network, and challenge data needed to deliver pages, distinguish automated abuse, investigate failures, and maintain reliability. The site also records limited first-party funnel events in a Cloudflare D1 database: event name, site path, internal link target and label, source page, and status. The analytics record does not include form-field values, names, email addresses, company details, cookies, unique user identifiers, or stored IP addresses.

Dataset X-Ray Chrome Extension

Dataset X-Ray handles the current tab’s URL, page title, and visible website text only after the user clicks the extension toolbar icon and chooses “Inspect this page.” This information is used to identify documentation evidence about dataset licensing, provenance, consent, privacy, viewpoints, modalities, tasks, annotations, formats, and release identity.

Page data and scan results are processed temporarily and locally in the user’s browser. Dataset X-Ray does not transmit them to EGXO Data, 10xme Technology Inc., or any third party. The extension does not store page data or scan results after the side panel is closed or reloaded. A user may explicitly export a report to their own device or copy a gap brief to their own clipboard.

The extension contains no advertising, behavioural profiling, analytics, tracking pixels, accounts, remote code, or server-side processing. No EGXO employee or contractor can access inspected page data or scan results. Users should inspect only public dataset documentation and should not use the extension on pages containing confidential, personal, authentication, health, financial, or private communications data.

The use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Dataset X-Ray uses active-tab data only to provide its disclosed, user-facing evidence-inspection feature. Opening the EGXO website from the extension is a separate user action governed by the website terms in this notice; the extension does not append inspected page content or results to that link.

Purpose and Retention

Inquiry information is used to respond, evaluate the requested project, maintain necessary business records, and protect the service. It is retained only for as long as those purposes and applicable obligations require. Conversion events help EGXO understand the path from page view to qualified inquiry. They may include page and landing paths, a broad acquisition channel, referrer hostname, page journey, and elapsed time, but not search queries, referrer paths, form values, or unique user identifiers. Temporary session attribution expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is removed after a successful form submission. D1 records older than 90 days are pruned during event ingestion.

Sharing and Transfers

Cloudflare processes website requests, Turnstile verification, and conversion events stored in D1. Slack receives project-brief submissions. This notice will be updated before additional processors are enabled for inquiry handling, verification, or analytics.

Your Choices

Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. A request may be submitted through the project brief form.

Submit privacy questions through the project brief form and begin the message with “Privacy request” or “Dataset X-Ray privacy.” Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, inspected page contents, scan results, or unrelated sensitive information.
