Strictly Necessary Technology

The project-brief form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage or challenge signals to perform that verification. The site does not use Turnstile for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Google Analytics

When analytics is allowed, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure public page views and a limited set of buyer-journey events. The Google tag can set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* so visits can be counted across pages and sessions. A fresh browser allows analytics by default. You can switch it off at any time using the controls above. A saved opt-out, Do Not Track, or Global Privacy Control prevents the Google tag from loading.

EGXO sends a controlled page path without query strings or fragments, a controlled page title, the same-site referrer path or external referrer origin, and allowlisted event details such as a link label, source path, broad acquisition channel, or submission status. EGXO does not intentionally send project-brief fields, names, email addresses, company details, messages, search queries, URL fragments, or arbitrary document text to Google Analytics. Google can still process cookie identifiers, device and browser data, and network information needed to provide the measurement service.

No Advertising Personalization

The site denies advertising storage, ad-user-data use, and ad-personalization consent in its Google tag configuration. Google Signals and advertising-personalization features are disabled in the site integration. EGXO does not use the Google tag for retargeting or cross-site advertising.

Cookie-Free First-Party Conversion Measurement

Separately, the site sends limited first-party funnel events to /api/events and stores sanitized event dimensions in Cloudflare D1. These dimensions may include the page path, original landing path, broad acquisition channel, and referrer hostname, but never the referrer path or search query. This first-party measurement writes no cookies or persistent local-storage identifiers and stores no form-field values, names, email addresses, company details, unique user identifiers, or IP addresses in its analytics record. Collection is disabled when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Temporary Session Attribution

When conversion measurement is enabled, the site uses temporary session storage in the current browser tab to carry the original acquisition channel, landing path, referrer hostname, page journey, and arrival time to the project-brief form. If the form is submitted, those limited dimensions and the elapsed time are included in EGXO’s private lead notification. The temporary value expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, is removed after a successful submission, and is not used for cross-session recognition.

Preference Storage

The analytics controls save egxo.analytics.consent and egxo.analytics.internal in this browser’s local storage. The first value remembers whether Google Analytics is allowed. The second marks an EGXO team or testing browser as internal traffic so it can be excluded from clean audience reports. These preferences remain until you change them or clear site storage. They do not contain a name, email address, or project-brief content.

Your Browser Choices

You may change the analytics controls above or use browser privacy controls, including Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, at any time. When either browser signal is enabled, the website suppresses Google Analytics and its cookie-free conversion event. Cloudflare and the browser may still process technical information required to load a page, deliver media, or complete an anti-abuse challenge. The sample videos are served as first-party website assets and do not use third-party video embeds. External research links open their publishers’ sites, where separate policies apply.
