Strictly Necessary Technology

The project-brief form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage or challenge signals to perform that verification. The site does not use Turnstile for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Cookie-Free Conversion Measurement

The site sends limited first-party funnel events to /api/events and stores sanitized event dimensions in Cloudflare D1. These dimensions may include the page path, original landing path, broad acquisition channel, and referrer hostname, but never the referrer path or search query. This measurement writes no cookies or persistent local-storage values and stores no form-field values, names, email addresses, company details, unique user identifiers, or IP addresses in the analytics record. Collection is disabled when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Temporary Session Attribution

When conversion measurement is enabled, the site uses temporary session storage in the current browser tab to carry the original acquisition channel, landing path, referrer hostname, page journey, and arrival time to the project-brief form. If the form is submitted, those limited dimensions and the elapsed time are included in EGXO’s private lead notification. The temporary value expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, is removed after a successful submission, and is not used for cross-session recognition.

No Advertising or Preference Storage

The public website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, retargeting tags, cross-site audience identifiers, cookie-based analytics, personalization cookies, or persistent local-storage preferences. It does not use a cookie banner to obtain consent for tools that are not active. If EGXO introduces a non-essential cookie, advertising technology, or preference mechanism, this notice will be updated before that change is used.

Your Browser Choices

You may use browser privacy controls, including Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, at any time. When either signal is enabled, the website does not send its cookie-free conversion event. Cloudflare and the browser may still process the technical information required to load a page, deliver media, or complete an anti-abuse challenge. The sample videos are served as first-party website assets and do not use third-party video embeds. External research links open their publishers’ sites, where separate policies apply.
